Toronto Film Forum Volunteers

Volunteering with the Toronto Film Forum offers a meaningful opportunity to be part of the city’s vibrant film and cultural community. Volunteers play an essential role in supporting film screenings, discussions,  workshops, and networking events that bring together artists, critics, students, and film enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds.

Toronto Film Forum volunteers assist with event coordination, audience engagement, guest support, promotion, and on-site logistics. They also help foster an inclusive and welcoming environment that encourages creativity, dialogue, and storytelling, while gaining hands-on experience and building connections within the film and arts sector.

Most importantly, volunteering at the Toronto Film Forum is about giving back to the arts community—supporting independent voices, encouraging meaningful conversations around cinema, and helping to keep film culture accessible and alive.
